Michael D: I grew up in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada and spent my first 18 years there. Since then, my life has been lived on the move (to put it lightly). I'm currently a teacher with strong ties to running. I read and watch movies a lot as well as try to stay as healthy as I can (which includes the occasional indulgence).
